General advice on using our P450 microsomes

  • Yeast Microsomes are stored at minus 80 degrees Celsius and shipped to you on dry ice.
  • Upon arrival, store at minus 80 degrees Celsius.
  • When you are ready to use the microsomes for the first time, thaw on ice and aliquot them in suitable volumes for freezing.
