Insect Cell Expression Systems
We have successfully expressed human cytochrome P450 enzymes using baculoviruses that infect different insect cell lines using our patented human P450 reductase variant. The enzymes are superior to the enzymes made with the wild-type human P450 reductase. Insect cell expression offers the choice our customers demand.
Human Cell Expression Systems
Our current research tools are capable of generating a select range of P450 expressing human cell lines which can conveniently screen your compounds for the formation of toxic metabolites.
These P450 enzymes will be only be offered as part of our Contract Research Services.
